I LOVE this place. Mr. Toft is an AMAZING teacher. The classes are fun, but also tough, controlled, and self-disciplined. He truly teaches the real tenements of Martial Arts. For women, the sense of self-empowerment is the best. I walk out of each class feeling strong and in control. I’ve attended his female self-defense class with friends, and each of them walked out feeling great about themselves!
